Krista Perry MS, OTR/L

Krista holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Philadelphia University. She has received advanced training in sensory integration through the The Sensory Treatment And Research (STAR) Institute, the premier treatment, research and education center for children and adults with Sensory Processing Disorder. Krista is experienced in the use of The Alert Program, as well as, The Zones of Regulation to help kids develop self-regulation skills.

As a pediatric occupational therapist with a specialty in sensory integration, Krista has dedicated her career to helping children develop the skills they need to thrive. With years of experience working in a variety of settings, including sensory integration clinics, pre-school, elementary and middle schools, and early intervention, she is skilled at assessing and treating children with a wide range of challenges. She is passionate about using a family centered approach to therapy, focusing on play-based activities, sensory processing, and motivating themes to help children achieve their goals. Krista has vast experience and training in learning differences, Autism, ADHD and executive functioning, sensory processing differences, dyspraxia, emotional regulation, fine motor, visual motor and visual perceptual needs. She is committed to helping each child reach their full potential.

I love getting to know my kids and following their lead in what is motivating to them in sessions. It is truly a joy to see them make significant gains (both big and small!) as we play together in our sensory clinic. I am honored to partner with families to support kids to grow in their confidence and skills.
